Shipping and Return


All packages are tracked and you will receive the tracking code as soon as we ship them out. We ship out every Tuesday and Thursday unless it lands on a holiday in which case it will be shipped on the next shipping date. 

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.


We offer refunds for certain circumstances, such as wrong bracelet sizing in which we will be happy to exchange for you. Or potential unlucky damage due to shipping purposes. Please choose carefully and ensure you are buying the correct item prior to purchase. Exchanges will be considered appropriately based on the circumstances.

We will not return a product for faulty if the product was damaged whilst being used in a way that it was not intended.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
